[15:52] <Taetarthe> Alright, we’ll start with controlled breathing.
[15:53] <Taetarthe> Take a deep breath in, hold if for a moment, let it out, hold it, repeat
[15:53] <Auegamma> Ok.
[15:54] <Taetarthe> use this breathing to reign in your focus and center yourself mentally.
[15:56] <Taetarthe> You can sense energy somewhat correct?
[15:56] <Taetarthe> Enough to feel it within you?
[15:56] <Auegamma> Yes.
[15:56] <Taetarthe> alright
[15:57] <Taetarthe> Then I want you to turn your attention to what your energy is doing inside your body as you breathe.
[15:57] <Auegamma> Which area?
[15:57] <Taetarthe> your entire body
[15:57] <Taetarthe> don’t force it, I know the sense might be blurry
[15:58] <Taetarthe> If that is too much for you, start with any one part of your body
[15:58] <Taetarthe> and then expand your awareness outward from there to the rest of your body

[15:59] <Taetarthe> I will give you a few minutes to aquaint yourself.
[15:59] <Auegamma> KK.
[15:59] <Taetarthe> Let me know if you feel any pains, or blockages as you do.

[16:00] <Taetarthe> As I can do a bit to help you heal those during this meditation as well.

[16:03] <RavenFire> chest still hurts a bit from last night but I’m managing
[16:04] <Auegamma> When I’ve started it was all good, saw the energy flow and what not, after one moment which was of no difference from other moments, an image came to me and screwed all up, couldn’t feel or see the energy flow and the image was persistent.
[16:04] <Taetarthe> what was the image?
[16:05] <Auegamma> One of the guys in this room like to play tricks lurking behind the scenes, huh.
[16:05] <Auegamma> A kid in his room watching his PC.
[16:05] <Taetarthe> alright
[16:05] <Auegamma> Going “hahaha” for some reason.
[16:05] <Taetarthe> Let’s move to #classroom
[16:06] <Auegamma> Connection TERMINATED!
[16:06] <Auegamma> BUYA
[16:06] <Taetarthe> You’re losing focus.
[16:07] <Taetarthe> breathe, center yourself, and turn your focus back to the energy

[16:07] <Auegamma> The image faded and it became clear.
[16:07] <Auegamma> Got the energy flow back in, flows nicely.
[16:08] <Taetarthe> Alright, once you are comfortable, expand your awareness outward.
[16:08] <Taetarthe> Feel the way energy is moving and flowing related to your body, outside of your body, etc.
[16:09] <Taetarthe> And slowly, but surely with each breath, turn your focus further out.
[16:09] <Taetarthe> Ravenfire, I’m going to work on you as you continue meditation.

[16:11] <Taetarthe> As your focus is expanded, be careful not to overextend yourself.
[16:11] <Taetarthe> If you begin to feel uncomfortable, dial it in just a bit.
[16:12] <Taetarthe> The idea is to continue to hold your awareness of this energy
[16:12] <Taetarthe> I will give you a few minutes to relax and do this, at which point I will move onto something more intensive.
[16:13] <Auegamma> Kk.
[16:17] <Taetarthe> How is everyone holding up?
[16:18] <Auegamma> Got some more interruptions, but still doing fairly well.
[16:19] <RavenFire> Had some pains, but they’re not too bad atm
[16:20] <Taetarthe> Alright, what we will be doing now is saturation.
[16:21] <Taetarthe> For the sake of ease, we will pull energy up from the earth, and take it into ourselves, charging the body with each breath
[16:21] <Taetarthe> any questions?
[16:21] <Auegamma> Nope.
[16:21] <RavenFire> no
[16:21] <Taetarthe> alright
[16:21] <Taetarthe> as you do this
[16:21] <Taetarthe> hold your awareness.
[16:22] <Taetarthe> above all else, being aware of the energy is the most important
[16:26] <Taetarthe> how is everyone fairing thus far?
[16:27] <Auegamma> Good.
[16:27] <Auegamma> Just a sec ago it went much better then before xD
[16:27] <Taetarthe> It should.
[16:28] <Taetarthe> There’s more to catch your eye.
[16:28] <Taetarthe> Or what have you.
[16:28] <Taetarthe> One thing I can not teach this session, but is important.
[16:28] <Taetarthe> Seperate awareness from focus.
[16:29] <Taetarthe> You can focus on one thing, but be aware of more than that.
[16:32] <Taetarthe> alright
[16:32] <Taetarthe> Take your time to ground yourself out and center yourself, then feel free to stand up, take a stretch, etc.
[16:36] <Taetarthe> How is everyone feeling at the moment?
[16:39] <RavenFire> I almost fell asleep a few times
[16:39] <Taetarthe> That is a bad sign
[16:39] <Taetarthe> Where was your awareness?
[16:40] <Taetarthe> when you were about to fall asleep?
[16:41] <RavenFire> I was feeling my own energy, then the energy around me, then started feeling the wind outside, the air in the room, vibration in the ground from a passing vehicle outside, and then it was like I went outward
[16:41] <Taetarthe> Ahh.
[16:42] <RavenFire> Relaxing calm and then I drifted
[16:42] <Taetarthe> I see.
[16:42] <Taetarthe> You let your focus slip, from the sound of it.
[16:44] <RavenFire> It wasn’t intentional, but it might have been yes
[16:44] <Taetarthe> Never allow yourself to get so lost in what you are feeling that you forget yourself.
[16:44] <Taetarthe> If you begin to stray, remind yourself of what you are doing.
[16:45] <RavenFire> That’s what I did to keep myself from completely falling asleep
[16:45] <Taetarthe> Good
[16:45] <Taetarthe> Then practice not losing focus, in the future. ^_^

[16:46] <RavenFire> It was just..such a relaxing state, I wanted to pull away
[16:46] <Taetarthe> No excuses ^_^
[16:46] <RavenFire> You know, that sense of wanting to pull away..not sure how to describe it
